The park and community center is the centerpiece of The Vineyard, a master planned development in Midland, Texas. The project features a community center building, swimming and waterpark, playgrounds, a horticulture garden and a large open park for use by residents and tenants at The Vineyard. The development will include artwork and a future amphitheater that will highlight this park as a cultural center as well.
